Policy Regarding Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a notice to remove copyrighted material that has been infringed upon.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  2. Details of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement of good faith belief that unauthorized use of material has occurred.
  6. A statement of accuracy and authorization under penalty of perjury.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 of the USC includes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims. Takedown notices can be sent via email through our Contact page for prompt action.

We may disclose the identity of the complainant in copyright claims to the alleged infringer as needed for resolution. By sending a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification. This must include your signature, details of the removed material, a statement of good faith belief, and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We enforce a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

Modifications

We hold the right to amend this DMCA policy at any time. Check back regularly for updates and changes.
